Please follow this registration link to register for the conference. The registration form requires payment by credit/debit card. Registration closes on the 16th April 2018.
Please note that the conference registration includes attendance at the conference dinner. Please only purchase extra conference dinner tickets if you are expecting to bring (a) guest(s), or if you are only planning on attending the conference dinner (and not the conference itself).
